RT40 Operator’s Manual

50 Hour

Clean Radiator/Oil Cooler 

Clean radiator/oil cooler with compressed air or spray wash every 50 hours of operation. Clean more often 
if operating in dusty or grassy conditions. Be careful not to damage fins with high-pressure air or water.

To clean:

1.

Clean fins with compressed air or spray wash.

2.

Remove grill and spray through radiator away from engine.

3.

If grease and oil are present on radiator, spray with solvent and allow to soak overnight.
