Press the flash key and then “0” to disconnect the call presently on hold and keep the current
call on line.
Press the flash key and then “1” to disconnect the current call and resume the call on hold.
If you hang up the phone but a caller is still on hold, there will be a remind ring.
12.1.3.2.2 European Call Waiting
This allows you to place a call on hold while you answer another incoming call on the same
telephone (directory) number.
If there is a second call to a telephone number, you will hear a call waiting tone. Take one of
the following actions.
• Reject the second call.
Press the flash key and then press “0”.
• Disconnect the first call and answer the second call.
Either press the flash key and press “1”, or just hang up the phone and then answer the
phone after it rings.
• Put the first call on hold and answer the second call.
Press the flash key and then “2”.
12.1.3.2.3 European Call Transfer
Do the following to transfer an incoming call (that you have answered) to another phone.

Press the flash key to put the caller on hold.

When you hear the dial tone, dial “*98#” followed by the number to which you want to
transfer the call. to operate the Intercom.

After you hear the ring signal or the second party answers it, hang up the phone.
12.1.3.2.4 European Three-Way Conference
Use the following steps to make three-way conference calls.

When you are on the phone talking to someone, place the flash key to put the caller on
hold and get a dial tone.

Dial a phone number directly to make another call.

When the second call is answered, press the flash key and press “3” to create a three-way
conversation.

Hang up the phone to drop the connection.

If you want to separate the activated three-way conference into two individual
connections (one is on-line, the other is on hold), press the flash key and press “2”.
