The terminal operation is unstable
Instability may be caused by applications that you installed after
purchasing the terminal. If the symptom is improved when you
boot the terminal in safe mode (near default state), uninstalling of
the installed application may improve the symptom.
To boot the terminal in safe mode, press and hold
O
with the
terminal OFF for 1 second or more until the terminal vibrates, and
then press and hold the lower part of the volume key.
When safe mode is booted, "Safe mode" is displayed at the
lower left of the screen.
Alternatively, with the power on, press and hold
O
for 1
second or more

Touch and hold [Power off]
→
Tap [OK] to
restart the terminal in Safe mode.
To exit the safe mode, turn power OFF and then ON.
* Back up the necessary data before using safe mode.
* Some widgets may be removed.
* Safe mode is not a normal booting state. To use ordinarily, exit the
safe mode and then use.

Applications cannot be operated properly (applications
cannot be activated, or errors occur frequently)
Are there any applications being disabled? Enable disabled
applications, then retry.

When the mode is switched (Dual Mode/Extended Mode)
or opening/folding of the terminal is done, a downloaded
application is not displayed correctly
Some applications may not be displayed or operated correctly
when the mode is switched or opening/folding of the terminal is
done while the application is running. Do not switch the mode or
open/fold the terminal when using such applications.

When the mode is switched (Dual Mode/Extended Mode)
or opening/folding of the terminal is done, a downloaded
application exits or restarts
Some applications may exit or restart when the mode is switched
or opening/folding of the terminal is done while the application is
running. Do not switch the mode or open/fold the terminal when
using such applications.

Downloaded camera application is not displayed correctly
in Extended Mode
Some applications may not be displayed correctly in Dual Mode/
Extended Mode. Use the application in Single Mode, or with the
terminal folded.

Phone call

Cannot make a call even if you tap

Check if the docomo nano UIM card is attached in the right
direction.

Check if Airplane mode is ON.

The ringtone does not sound

Check if Airplane mode is ON.

Check if the Sound mode (silent mode) is set to "Vibrate" or
"Silent".

Is the ring time for Voicemail service or Call forwarding service
"0 sec"?
