Error messages
●
Cellular network not available.
・
The terminal is out of service area, or the received signal is too
weak. Move to a location where radio signal can be reached.
・
The docomo nano UIM card is not working properly.
Reinstalling of docomo nano UIM card may solve the problem.
If the problem persists, contact "Repairs (Inquiries/Request)"
on the last page of this manual (in Japanese only).

Restricted access changed
Appears when the voice service or data service is not received.
●
SIM card is locked
Enter your PIN code correctly.

SIM card is PUK-locked
Enter your PUK (PIN Unlock Key) correctly.
●
Unusable SIM card
PIN lock disable code is locked. Please contact a docomo Shop.
●
Memory is getting low
Available memory space in the terminal is low. If you continue to
use the terminal, some functions or applications may not work.
Activate the Settings screen and select unnecessary
applications, then tap [UNINSTALL] to delete the applications.

Not enough storage space/Please delete some files and
try again!
There is no memory space in the microSD card. Delete
unnecessary data to save the memory space.
●
Due to high temperature, flashlight has been turned off.
Please turn it on when at normal temperature./Due to long
time usage, flashlight has been turned off. Please turn it
on later
The light may turn off automatically if it has been used for a long
time, or temperature of the main unit becomes high. Wait for a
while, or when temperature of the terminal drops down to normal
temperature, try turning on the light again.

Answering Machine error
Memory is low, cannot leave voice message
Available memory space in the terminal runs short. End running
applications or delete unnecessary applications to increase
available memory space of the terminal.

Phone battery has less than 5%, in order to ensure no
loss of sound recording, the recording is stopped and
saved. Unexpected shutdown may result in loss of
recording, please recording when the battery has been
fully charged.
To avoid losing files, confirm that remaining battery is sufficient
and then start recording.

Turn off airplane mode to make a call./Can't send
messages in Airplane mode
Appears when you make a call or send a message with Airplane
mode ON. Turn the Airplane mode to OFF, and then operate
again.
