Coolant
Adding of coolant
Only after the cooling system (including the surge tank cap and the
hose at top of radiator) completely cools down, can the cap of surge
tank be opened.
Suggestion: the change should be done by the authorized service
station.
1. Open and take off the front engine hood.
2. In order to prevent any risk of scalding, cover the cap with wet
towel, and slowly counterclockwise screw it off.
3. Add the proper coolant into the surge tank until between “FULL”
and “LOW”.
4. With its cap removed, start engine to have it run until the hose at
top of radiator becomes heated up.
5. If coolant level drops in surge tank, add the proper coolant until
between “FULL” and “LOW”
7. Put the cap back on and tighten it up.
Warning!
● When engine and coolant are hot, do not take down the
pressure cap for fear of scalding.
● Make sure that the pressure cap is fixed correctly after the
coolant is filled. The pressure cap, if not tightened, may cause
the missing of coolant, and even damage the engine.
● When the coolant level drops obviously in short time, it means
the cooling system is leaking. Therefore, please go to the
authorized service station as soon as possible.

The waste coolant should be disposed according to the related
environmental protection regulations.
