Hill-start assist control system 

The  hill-start  assist  control  system  could  enable  the  vehicle  with  the 
electronic parking inactivated to start away on a hill, free of any back 
sliding.  Namely,  when  driver’  right  foot  leaves  the  brake  pedal,  the 
vehicle  could  still  keep  the  braking  for  a  few  seconds,  so  that  the 
driver  could  easily  shift  his/her  foot  from  brake  pedal  to  accelerator 
pedal, and thus calmly start away on a hill. 

 

 

 

1.  Forward radar detector 

Being of ultrasonic ranging, the parking assist system could detect the 
distance  from  the  vehicle  to  the  obstacle,  and  the  beeper  gives  out 
warning  at  different  frequencies  depending  on  the  detected  distance.
