After this item, the type of error is shown, which may have the following values:
1.
Sending User Error
:
an error has occurred when sending the user identification. Check the
inserted data and insert again. If the error persists, contact technical support.
2.
Importing User Error
:
an error has occurred when importing the user identification. Check
the data inserted in the source file.

Debug, you can access the interface for monitoring operation of the
Zip Loader Plus to which the ZLP Manager software is connected.
The meanings of the various sections are the following:
1. Com Status
: represents communications status between PC and ZLP unit:
a.
Rx
:
Counter which represents the number of packages the system has received.
b.
Tx
:
Counter which represents the number of packages transmitted to the ZLP
unit.
c.
Checksum, Generic, Nack
: Counters for communication abnormalities. If their
values are different form zero, do the following:
