2. Insert one user per line, following this syntax: field [SEPARATOR]field[SEPARATOR].
Only one of the following characters can be used as separators:

The order of fields must be as specified in the § ‘Data to be inserted in the source file’.
3. Save the file using the procedure described in the following example.
Example:
Suppose you want to insert three users with the following codes:

128 Last name1 First name1 Fortnightly
129 Last name2 First name2 Monthly
130 Last name3 First name3 Weekly
The file produced with Word is shown in the following figure:
You will notice that only three obligatory fields and an optional field (period) have been specified.
