Press the key or select Users Database Æ Print.
4.1.5 MODIFY USER
To modify a user, click twice on the line of the user you wish to modify (or select the user and
press the “Edit User" key ).
4.1.6 ELIMINATING A USER
A user cannot be eliminated once in the database.
If a certain user has to be disabled from using the payroll deduction function proceed as follows:
1. Select the user to be disabled from this service.
2. Press the "Edit User" key .
3. Set the "Status" field on "Disabled”.
4. Update the ZIP Loader Plus units by sending all the users following the procedure
described in the next paragraph.
