USER REGISTRATION
This only needs to be done if the revaluation function with payroll (payroll deduction
function) is used in the ZIP Loader Plus unit.
To register software users on the PC who are enabled to use the payroll deduction function, select
the key (or the Users Database Æ Users Database menu): this will permit access to the
interface for managing the users.
Icons on the tool bar:
•
Selecting the key (or the Users Database Æ Add User menu) a new user can be added to
the database.
•
Selecting the user and pressing the key (or the Users Database Æ Edit User menu) the
data of a user can be modified.
•
Selecting the key (or the Users Database Æ Print menu) you can print the data of each
user.
•
Selecting the key (or the Users Database Æ Import Users menu) it's possible to import a
file containing user data.
•
Selecting the key (or the Users Database Æ Send User menu) the data of the user
selected can be sent to the ZIP Loader Plus unit.
•
Selecting the key (or the Users Database Æ Send All Users menu) the data of the users
can be sent to the ZIP Loader Plus unit.
