The possible options are:

Today : Sales made today
•
Last 7 days : Sales made in the last 7 days
•
Last 30 days : Sales made in the last 30 days
•
All : All sales stored by the system are viewed starting from the
day it was installed.
We suggest you don't select the "All" viewing option because if a great number of sales is stored it
could slow down your computer's performance.
5.1 MEANING OF THE USER ID FIELD AND KEY NUMBER
There could be some cases where the User ID field and the key number are 0. The meaning is the
following:
•
User ID 0, Key number different from 0
The sale was made with a key by a user not enabled to use the payroll deduction function.
•
User ID 0, Number 0
The sale was made using cash as payment.
•
User ID different from 0, Key number different from 0
The sale was made by a user enabled to use the payroll deduction function.
