The fields marked with an asterisk (Key Number, Last name, First name) are mandatory and,
therefore, must be present in the source file, whereas the other fields should be ticked only if they
are present in the source file.
For fields which are not ticked, the default values in the section on the right will be used.
Set the separator based on the one used when generating the files to be imported.
Example:
Suppose you want to import one of the files generated in the previous examples.
Those files contain the mandatory fields and the period.
The separator must be set in the following way:

” if you import the file generated in notepad or word.

To import the file generated in § 4.2.3 the setting of the window will be the following:
