2.3 CUSTOMISING REPORT HEADINGS AND REVALUATION INSTRUCTIONS
By selecting the "Heading" card you can customise:
1. The name of the company in the heading of each printout
2. The revaluation instructions which appear when the sheet is printed giving the personal
data of each user.
To customise these fields tap in the text wanted in the relative spaces, as shown in the figure:
Press OK to save the data.
2.4 RECEIVING
DATA
Once the software has been configured, press the “Connect” key
and the software starts
communicating with the Zip Loader Plus unit
Each time there is a sale or revaluation using the payroll deduction function

, the ZLP Manager
software downloads the transaction from the Zip Loader Plus unit into its own database.
If the software is set to work in the "Ethernet multiple" mode it will communicate cyclically with all
the registered Zip Loader Plus units, downloading all data from them.
When the ZLP Manager software is working it is signalled by an icon near the clock.
If you reduce the programme to an icon pressing the key
, the application can be restored to
the whole screen by clicking twice on the icon.
