REVALUATIONS USING THE PAYROLL DEDUCTION FUNCTION
The payroll deduction function

lets you recharge the key several times within a period of time
(week, fortnight, month) and paying the sum owing all at once or later on.
How it works:
1. Each user is given a key and personal PIN code.
2. The user stands in front of the unit, accesses the revaluations menu, taps in his PIN code
and the revaluation amount.
3. The recharge is stored in the system and transferred to the PC.
4. On the day set for payment, a list is printed out for the user with all the revaluations and
each user pays what he/she owes.
This procedures consists of the following steps:
1. Zip Loader Plus configuration;
2. Registration of the users in the ZIP Loader Plus Manager software;
3. Revaluations management.
7.1 REVALUATIONS MANAGEMENT

Show Revaluations menu (or key ) you access the
interface for handling revaluations carried out by users utilising the payroll deduction function.
From here it is possible to:
1. View the revaluations carried out by users utilising the payroll deduction function.
2. Effect searches on revaluations.
3. Calculate the totals to charge to each user.
7.1.1 VIEWING REVALUATIONS
All the revaluations

carried out by the users are viewed in the "Revaluations" window.

From now on we will refer to revaluations that are deducted using the payroll deduction function simply as
revaluations.

This software only records revaluations carried out utilising the payroll deduction function. Cash
revaluations are neither stored nor managed by the software.
