Starting from the left, this is the meaning of the various fields:

After this items, the type of error is shown, which may have the following values:
1.
Events already stored in Database : this means that the transaction has not been inserted in
the database of the Zip Loader Plus Manager software as it is already present. This type of
indication may occur if, for example, there is a communication breakdown during a data
reception phase. It may therefore occur that, for the sake of certainty, the same transaction is
sent to the software twice. Indications of this type do not normally represent a system
malfunction. You should however check whether the transaction is correctly present in your
database.
2. ZLP Data Error : The transaction has not been inserted in the database of the Zip Loader Plus
Manager software because memorization problems have occurred in the unit. The data may be
damaged, and therefore accuracy should be checked on a case by case basis.
3.
Generic Data Error : The transaction has not been inserted in the database due to a generic
error which occurred during insertion in the database. Check that the data is correct and if
necessary contact technical service.
8.2 ERRORS DUE TO MANAGEMENT BY USER
This type of error is memorized in the files of the type:
yy_mm_dd_UserErrorLog.txt
where yy_mm_dd is the date when the file was created.
