7.5. Pneumatic oil quality
Satisfactory operation of the micro-cloud lubricators and effective results of lubrication depend on
the correct selection of the pneumatic oil. Most lubricating oils, preferably possessing good
corrosion and oxidation resistance properties are suitable if compliant with the classification below.
Oils listed below are only a certain number of a wide range of suitable pneumatic oils available on
the market and the oil supplier will provide any required information. Complex oils secreting
graphite, soap etc. are not recommended for use with the micro-cloud lubricants. Some special
lubricants, especially synthetic may contain compound which are not compatible with sealing or
other equipment.
It is recommended to use a pneumatic oil from FESTO OFSW-32. Any ISO VG 32 class oils (according
to ISO 3448 or DIN 51524 standard) may be used, which viscosity range is equal to 32 mm 2 /s at
40 0 C:

BP Energol HLP 32
Esso Nuto H 32
Mobil DTE 24
Shell Tellus Oil DO 32
7.6. Warranty terms – technical inspections schedule
The prerequisite for maintaining the machine's warranty during its validity period is, among others,
to respect the schedule of technical inspections of machinery performed by Zigler Polska service
personnel. During the base warranty period of 24 months, according to the general terms, at least
2 technical inspections are required to be carried out with intervals specified in following schedule:
