Adjusting crimping parameters
The most important parts of BOV crimping head that are involved in adjustment of crimp
parameters, are listed below [Fig. 9]:

Lower sleeve;
2.
Lower sleeve lock;
3.
Can sealing;
4.
Nut of can sealing;
5.
BOV valve sealing (adjusted with sleeve ⑥);
6.
Inner adjustment sleeve (adjusts the BOV valve sealing ⑤);
7.
Outer adjustment sleeve (adjusts the crimping height);
8.
Crimping jaws (adjusts the crimping diameter);
9.
Crimping jaws arbor;
10.
Crimping jaws mounting sleeve.
