Power module
WARNING - RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
Connect the monitor only via the power module and the integrated power
isolation transformer (medical power isolation transformer in accordance
with IEC 60601-1:2005 with "two MOPP") to the power supply grid. If
these instructions are not complied with, there is a risk of electric shock or
elimination of the required protective separation between medical devices
and non-medical equipment.
The power supply unit must only be used for supplying power to the system
components described. Use of the unit as a multiple socket is prohibited.
No components other than the system components described should be
connected.
When connecting other system components than that described in this
manual to the power module or the instrument table, a non-medical-rated
system is created in accordance with IEC 60601-1:2005 and thus the
degree of safety reduced. This also gives rise to the risk of electric shock or
elimination of the required protective separation between medical devices
and non-medical equipment.
Do not place the power module on the floor.
The CIRRUS photo and monitor are connected to the power supply via the
power module (Fig. 7 and Fig. 8) and its integrated power isolation
transformer (max. power 80 W).
The power module provides 24 V DC voltage (3, Fig. 8) for the main unit and
OCT engine.
