Be sure the cable is plugged into the correct COM Port and that this setting
corresponds to it.
Set the Baud Rate to match the baud rate of the densitometer.
Set data bits to the default, 8.
Set the Parity to the default, None.
Set the Stop bits to the default, 1.
Set the Densitometer model to X-Rite 880 Series.
Click ok
To read a strip, click on the Densitometer bar and the Densitometer will read “Insert
strip”. Insert strip (Printed on Chromira) as shown below:
