Option Cards
If more options are needed in addition to the base configuration of the System 5000 , option
TM
cards/modules can be used to quickly and simply expand the functionality of the unit. Three
expansion slots allow any combination of the plug-in modules below to be added or removed
when needed, whether when initially ordered or in the field.
Precision Pressure Sensor Module
The Precision Pressure Sensor Module is a highly accurate digital pressure transducer
specifically designed for water level monitoring. The module directly measures dry gas pressure
over a broad temperature range and is typically to be used with the H-355 Gas Purge System,
though can be used in many other applications.
As the height of the card is larger than a normal slot, a maximum of two pressure sensors can be
installed into a base System 5000
unit if no other modules are installed. If only one pressure

sensor module is used, it can be installed in the first slot, leaving the remaining two slots
available for other option cards.
