Calibration and periodical maintenance are required in order to maintain the normal operation
and performance of the unit.

and does not guarantee the measurement values. They may vary according to the circumstances
or usage conditions set the proper cycle after using for a certain period of time.
CAUTION
Maintenance items for which the maintenance period is over 1 year are not described in this
manual.
These should be performed by YOKOGAWA service personnel.
