Performing a Semi-Attended/Attended Transfer
You can transfer calls to other contacts immediately when receiving ringback or after consulting with them first.
Procedure

Enter the number you want to transfer the call to.

to dial out.

, and then select the desired contact group and tap the desired contact to dial out.

Do one of the following:

When you hear the ringback tone, tap
Transfer
to finish a semi-attended transfer.

After the contact answers the call, tap
Transfer
to finish an attended transfer (consultative transfer).
