CABLE ROUTING
1. Coolant reservoir
2. Coolant reservoir breather hose
3. Footrest bracket
4. Coolant hose
5. Oil cooler outlet hose
6. Radiator outlet hose
7. Coolant reservoir hose

A. Install the coolant reservoir breather hose
with the white paint mark facing the left.
Install the clip with its end facing the left.
B. Install the clamp with its end facing the top.
C. Insert the coolant hose until it reaches the
rounded end of the pipe. Install the coolant
hose with the yellow paint mark facing the
top.
D. Install the clamp with its end facing the
front.
E. Install the oil cooler outlet hose with the
yellow paint mark facing the left.
F. Install the clip with its end facing the down.
G. Install the hose clamp with the screw head
facing the left.
H. Face the light blue paint mark on the oil
cooler outlet hose toward the front of the
vehicle.

Install the clamp with the hose clamp in
contact with it. 0–10 mm (0–0.39 in)
J.
Align the clamp with the paint mark on the
coolant reservoir hose.
K. Make sure the clamp does not ride on top
of the bulge in the hose installing area.
L. Make sure the hose does not contact the
rounded end of the oil cooler inlet pipe.
M. 2 mm (0.08 in) or more
N. Install the clamp so that the joint section is
at a position relative to the screw head of
the hose clamp as shown in the illustration
when viewed from the rear of the vehicle.
O. Align the white paint mark on the radiator
outlet hose with the green paint mark on
the water pump inlet pipe.
P. 20 mm (0.79 in)
Q. 3 mm (0.12 in) or more

S. Coolant pipe projection
T. Align the paint mark on the radiator outlet
hose with the projection on the coolant
pipe.
U. Paint mark
V. Insert the radiator outlet hose until the end
of the coolant pipe projection is reached.
W. Clip fixed position details.
X. Hose clamp fixed position details.
Y. Make sure the hose clamp dose not ride
on top of the bulge in the hose mounting
area.
Z. 3 mm (0.12 in) or more
AA.0–1 mm (0–0.04 in)
AB.Hose plug-in section.
