A. Install the buzzer to the ribs of the battery
box with the lead exit facing the bottom.
B. Insert the YDT coupler into the rib of the
battery box. The rib extends out further
than the rubber edge of the YDT coupler.
Assemble it with the lead exit facing the
bottom of the vehicle.
C. Push in the negative battery lead between
the battery box and wire harness after con-
necting it to the negative battery lead cou-
pler.
D. Pass it outside the starter motor lead.
E. Make sure the spark plug leads after this
clamp are not twisted.
F. Make sure there is no slack in the spark
plug lead when installed within this range
as shown in the illustration.
G. Install the wire harness clamp into the hole
on the battery box.
H. Push in the buzzer coupler up to the inside
of the wire harness branch lead and relay.
The coupler is allowed to protrude out after
it is pushed in.
I.
Install the wire harness coupler into the
hole in the bracket.
J. Pass the three lead wires more toward the
inside of the vehicle than the wire harness.
K. Install the ground lead with the caulked
section facing the inside.
L. Route the ground lead between the frame
and wire harness.
M. Pass the negative battery lead and the
ground lead through the hole in the battery
box.
N. Pass a plastic locking tie through the hole
in the frame to fasten the wire harness.
The end of the plastic locking tie should
face downward without being cut.
O. Fasten the wire harness with the plastic
locking tie after routing it on top of the front
bolt securing the fuel tank bracket.
P. Fasten the frame, wire harness and starter
motor lead with the plastic locking tie at the
white tape section of the wire harness.
The end of the plastic locking tie should
face downward without being cut.
