CABLE ROUTING
1. Oil cooler inlet hose
2. Cooling system air bleed hose
3. Throttle position sensor lead
4. Radiator fan motor lead

A. Install the clamp with its end facing out-
side.
B. Install the clamp with its end facing upside.
C. Install the cylinder head so the paint mark
on the cooling system air bleed hose faces
the top of the vehicle.
D. Pass the cooling system air bleed hose to
the inside of the radiator fan motor lead
and throttle position sensor lead.
E. Pass the cooling system air bleed hose to
the inside of the brake pipe.
F. Do not allow the cooling system air bleed
hose and rear brake lock cable to cross
over.
G. Install the clamp so that the paint mark on
the radiator filler hose is visible.
H. Install the clamp so that the end section of
the paint mark on the coolant reservoir
hose is visible.
I.
Assemble so the white paint mark is on the
left side of the vehicle.
J.
Install the hose clamp with the screw head
facing the right.
K. Install the clamp with its end facing down-
ward.
L. Assemble the oil cooler inlet hose so the
white paint mark faces the front of the vehi-
cle.
M. The opening of the clamp should face the
right.
N. Install the coolant reservoir hose to the
bottom of the radiator filler hose.
O. 2 mm (0.08 in) or more
P. Insert the oil cooler inlet hose all the way to
the paint mark on the end.
Q. Make sure the clamp does not ride on top
of the bulge in the hose mounting area.
R. Insert the radiator inlet hose into the radia-
tor until it reaches the end of the punch
mark.
S. Face the screw head of the hose clamp to
the right side of the vehicle, and assemble
it so it faces the front of the vehicle (45
).
T. Align the yellow paint mark on the radiator
inlet hose with the punch mark on the radi-
ator to assemble them.
U. Align the white paint mark on the coolant
hose with the projection on the thermostat
cover, and insert it to the tip of the projec-
tion.
V. Align the bracket of the radiator filler pipe
with the paint mark on the radiator filler
hose.
W. Insert the radiator filler hose until it touches
the bracket of the radiator filler pipe.
X. Make sure the hose clamp does not ride
on top of the bulge in the hose mounting
area.
Y. 3 mm (0.12 in) or more
Z. 0–1 mm (0–0.04 in)
AA.Hose plug-in section
AB.Align the paint mark on the radiator filler
hose with the projection on the coolant
pipe.
AC.20 mm (0.79 in)
AD.Paint mark
AE.Coolant pipe projection
AF. Insert the radiator filler hose until the end
of the coolant pipe projection is reached.
AG.Pass the radiator fan motor lead to the
inside of the radiator inlet hose.
AH.Hose clamp fixed position details.
AI. Make sure the clamp dose not ride on top
of the bulge in the hose installing area.
AJ. 3 mm (0.12 in) or more
AK.Clamp fixed position details.
