Cylinder head

Installing the cylinder head
Do not reuse a filter, gasket, or O-ring,
always replace it with a new one.
1. Install new filters

and the OCVs

and then tighten the OCV bolts

to the
specified torque.
2. Install new gaskets

, the dowels

and the cylinder heads

, and then
tighten the cylinder head bolts

to the
specified torques in 2 stages and in the
order

, and so on.
3. Tighten the cylinder head bolts

and

to the specified torques in 2 stages and
in the order

, and so on.
TIP:
In the second stage, mark the M11 bolts and
cylinder heads with identification marks

tighten the M11 bolts 90° from the marks,
and then tighten another 90°.
