SETTING AN OPTION

Setting an Option

1. Press the Menu

button.

2. Press the 0 + 1 buttons on the keypad.  Then press the Start 

 button.  

The display shows the first option menu. 

3. Scroll through the options by pressing the Down 

 or Up 

 buttons 

repeatedly.

4. When the option you want appears in the display, enter the number for 

the desired setting.

Or

You can use Left 

or Right 

 buttons to select the desired setting.

5. Press the Start 

 button to store your choice in memory.

You can exit from the System Data setup mode at any time by pressing 
the Clear/Stop 

 button. When you press the Clear/Stop 

 button, the 

machine stores the options you changed and returns to the Standby 
mode. 

Selectable Options

These instructions assume you’ve followed the steps listed in the previous 
procedure, Setting an Option, and the machine is prompting you to change 
one of the options listed below. 

All of these options are menu settings accessed by the System Data    (Press 

the Menu

button, press the 0 + 1 buttons on the keypad.  Then press the 

Start 

 button).

PAPER SIZE - Select the paper size you will be printing on. 

Press 1 for letter (LTR), 2 for A4 size, or 3 to use legal (LGL) size paper.
