SET UP YOUR MACHINE

4. Carefully remove the sealing tape by pulling straight out on the tab 

located at the end of the Ink Cartridge.

Note: Ensure that there are no pieces of tape remaining on the cartridge.

Locate the Black Ink Cartridge holder inside the printer.  The Black Ink 
Cartridge holder is located on the right side of the Cartridge Carrier Assembly 
and can be identified by a black key tab.

5. Slide the Black Ink Cartridge down into the holder and push it in the 

direction of the arrow until it clicks into place.
