Service Mode
Entering Service Mode
To enter Service Mode:
1. Press the Exit key.
2. Press the * key three times.

Service Mode is cancelled
automatically if there is no
activity on the keypad for three
minutes.
Exiting Service Mode
To exit Service Mode:
1. Press the Exit key.
2. Press the * key three times.
Additional Information on the
Service menu
When you print the service menu, you also
print three tables containing the following useful
information:
•
Error Counts
•
Operation Counts
•
Soft Switch Setup
