Entering Password
If the Auditron Mode is enabled, you need to enter your password (by department/user) before you can start
making copies.
This section explains how to enter the password and to display the Password Entry screen. Approach your
Auditron Administrator if you need a user password.

The Auditron Mode allows you to control the number of copies that each account (by department/user) can make. The setting
and change of passwords are handled by the Auditron Administrator via the Auditron Administration Mode screen.
Procedure

Press
Password

The Password Entry screen is
displayed.

Enter your password by using the keypad.
Each digit input is represented by an asterisk.

Select
Enter
on the screen.
The Copier screen appears once you have entered the correct password.

When the copying is done, the
display returns to the Password
Entry screen. Unauthorized user
with no password cannot make
copies.
●
If you have set a timeout period for
the Password Entry Screen timeout,
the display will return to the
Password Entry screen even if you
did not press the Password button.

Setup”.
●
If you made a mistake while entering
the password, press the Clear
button to clear, and then re-enter.
