Deleting Files

The following procedure explains how to delete saved files in a Mailbox.

You cannot delete a mailbox.

Procedure

Select 

Scan

 mode.

The Mailbox List (Scan File) screen is displayed.

Select the Mailbox where the file is saved, then select 

Check

Files

.

The Password Entry screen is displayed.

Type in the password registered for that Mailbox, and select

Enter

.

The files saved in the Mailbox are displayed.

●

When no password is set for the 
Mailbox, the screen for entering the 
password is not displayed.
