Basic Copy Procedure

Lowering the Flap of the Booklet Output Tray
If you lower the flap of the booklet output tray, the copies will drop from the tray. If you place a box
under the tray, it will temporarily hold the copies and you can make a large volume of copies without
removing the output each time the tray fills up.
Procedure
1
Pull the flap of the booklet
output tray to the right.
2
Lower the flap.
3
Raise the flap of the
booklet output tray and
push it back to the original
position when necessary.
