9.2 Clearing Paper Jams

Paper jam at lever R14a and knob R13

The following message will be displayed if paper is jammed at lever R14a and knob R13 of the
finisher. Follow the instructions below to clear the jammed paper.

Procedure

1

Open the right door of the finisher. 

2

Move lever R14a, turn
knob R13 to the right, and
remove the jammed
paper.

3

If the paper is torn, check that no torn pieces are left in the
machine.

4

Return lever R14a to the
original position. 

5

Close the right door of the finisher.
