QAY220 All Terrain Crane Operation Manual

3) When use 1st jib section of 11.55 m:

•

Remove No. 4 pin and pin B on jib, and

then disconnect the 1st jib section and the 2nd

jib section by pulling line. Let the pin holes

on the jib align with boom by turning the jib

around No. 6 pin, and then insert Pin A.

•

Disconnect No. 6 pin from the bracket for

fixing pin by pushing pulling rod upward, and

then slew the jib around pin A. After another

jib pin hole aligns with another boom pin hole,

insert another pin A.

4) When use the combination of 1st and

2nd jib section of 20 m:

•

Remove pins No. 1, No. 4 and No. 5 on

the jib to disconnect the jib. After that, make

alignment of the pin holes on the jib and boom

by turning the jib around No. 6 pin, and then

insert pin A.

•

Disconnect No. 6 pin from the bracket for

fixing pin by pushing pulling rod upward, and

then turn the whole jib around pin A to align

another jib pin hole with another boom pin hole,

and insert another pin A.

•

Remove No.3 pin, and align 1st jib pin

hole with 2nd jib pin hole by taking pin B as a

axis, and then insert another pin B.
