Only when turntable is locked, could
counterweight cylinder be extended.
Only after the indicator comes on could
the next operation be performed.
2. Using the switches on instrument panel
in the operator
’
s cab to install counterweight:
•
Press the lower end of counterweight
working selector switch (No.1 in Fig. 5-3) on
the instrument panel, and then the counterweight
working indicator lamp (No.2 in Fig. 5-3)
comes on;
•
Move the left control lever left gently
to slew the turntable anticlockwise in order to
locate the counterweight cylinder above the
counterweight;
•
When slewing angle is approaching 10º,
lock the turntable by pressing the upper end of
turntable lock pin switch (No.3 in Fig. 5-3) to
extend the pin, at this time, the turntable lock
pin locked indicator lamp (No.4 in Fig. 5-3)
comes on;
•
Press the lower end of counterweight
cylinder up/down switch (No.5 in Fig. 5-3)
on the instrument panel to fully extend the
counterweight cylinder .
•
Press the lower end of turntable lock pin
switch (No.3 in Fig. 5-3) to release turntable lock
pin switch, at this time the turntable lock pin
unlocked indicator lamp (No.6 in Fig. 5-3) comes
on;
•
Move the left control lever to the left
gently to slew the turntable anticlockwise;
•
When the slewing angle is approaching about

°
, press the upper end of turntable lock pin switch
(No.3 in Fig. 5-3) on instrument panel to extend
turntable lock pin;
•
C o n t i n u e t o s l e w t h e t u r n t a b l e
anticlockwise, when the turntable lock pin slides
into chassis frame pin hole and slewing angle is
0
°
, return the slewing lever to neutral rapidly,
at this time, the turntable lock pin locked
indicator lamp (No.4 in Fig. 5-3) lights up;
Only when counterweight cylinder is
completely extended, could this operation be
performed.
