Influence of the wind on the crane: the higher the boom above the ground, the larger the wind
pressure as well as the wind velocity. When calculating the wind pressure for crane operation, if the boom
length is less than 50 m, 125N/m

is taken as the wind pressure for calculation; if the boom length is or
more than 50 m, 150N/m
2
