Traffic Light
The traffic light on the right of the screen provides pass/warning/fail status of sample
measurements. The green light indicates the measurement is within tolerance and is a pass.
The yellow light indicates that the measurement is trending toward a fail condition, but is still
within tolerance. And the red light indicates the measurement is outside of tolerance and is
in a fail condition. Any pre-set attribute that is out of tolerance will cause a fail condition.
Pass (green)
Warning (yellow)
Fail (red)
The traffic light reacts differently based on the “sliding averaging” setting and the “Only Last
Record for PASS/FAIL” option setting in the Admin/Monitor page. Refer below for an
explanation of the setting conditions.
No Averaging (sliding average = 1) and Only Last Record for PASS/FAIL enabled (checked)
•
Green light = current measurement is a pass.
•
Yellow light = current measurement is ok but trending toward fail.
•
Red light = current measurement is a fail.
No Averaging (sliding average = 1) and Only Last Record for PASS/FAIL disabled (unchecked)
•
Green light = all measurements displaying within the active trend graph window are
passing.
