SECTION 3 MAINTENANCE
This section lists the maintenance procedures that need to be performed.
WARNING!
Disconnect and lock out power supply before servicing,
cleaning and doing maintenance to the saw! Failure to do so may
result in serious injury.
The Short Interval Maintenance Schedule lists procedures that need to be performed every 4, 8 or 25
hours.The Maintenance Log lists procedures that need to be performed every 50, 100, 200, 300,
500, or 1000 hours. Keep track of machine maintenance by filling in the machine hours and the date
you perform each procedure.
This symbol
identifies the interval (hours of operation) at which each maintenance procedure
should be performed.
Be sure to refer to option and engine manuals for other maintenance procedures.

This chart lists estimated life expectancy of common replacement parts if proper
maintenance and operation procedures are followed. Due to the many variables which exist during
sawmill operation, actual part life may vary significantly. This information is provided so that you may
plan ahead in ordering replacement parts.
