Adjusting Bed Rails To The Blade
1.
Move the cutting head so the blade is positioned over the center of the front main bed rail.
2.
Measure the distance between the bottom of the blade and the bed rail at each end of the
bed rail. The bed rail should measure 15" (375 mm) (+ 1.0 mm on the outer end) from the
blade at each end of the rail.
See Figure 6-12.
3.
Loosen the bed rail clamping bolts and turn the adjustment bolts to move the bed rails
to the blade if necessary.
4.
Retighten the clamping bolts and adjustment bolts.
5.
Without adjusting the cutting head height, check the four main bed rails. Adjust them so
that all measure the same distance from the blade at both ends of the bed rail.
