2.3 Installation Hardware
Table 2-2 describes hardware that may be used during installation. Depending on the specific
installation application, all hardware may not be used.

mounting structure, any shims, and all
mounting hardware (e.g. flat washers, lock
washers, and nuts).
Junction Box (To the Mounting Structure)

Hardware
Customer The bolts should be sized to length to allow for
the thickness of the Junction Box, mounting
structure, any shims, and all mounting
hardware (e.g. flat washers, lock washers, and
nuts).
HHRC (To the Mounting Structure)
(1) Hook Customer The HHRC has a Ø10 mm (Ø0.394 inch)
eyelet to allow the HHRC to be hung in place
when not in use.
* Unless otherwise indicated, the mounting hardware shall include proper means to resist vibration loosening such
as thread-locking compound and locking hardware. Torque all hardware as appropriate for its size and grade.
Torque values in these instructions assume the use of Will-Burt provided hardware. Depending on the specific
installation application, all hardware may not be used. Additional hardware may be required for additional
accessories, or customer-specific applications.
2.4 Installation Dimensions
This section describes installation dimensions as follows:

Mast System with RCP and Four X200 Lights (Figure 2-1)

Mast System with RCP and Two X200 Lights (Figure 2-2)

Mast System with RCP and no Lights (Figure 2-3)

Mast System with no RCP and no Lights (Inflexion HD) (Figure 2-4)
Dimensions provided are for reference only and are not intended for vehicle design purposes.
Depending on the Mast System and components being used, the exact design of components
may vary. Adding optional components such as a strobe light or camera may increase the
dimensions of the Mast System.
