7.4.1  Installing the 1U rail kit

To install the rails for the System Expansion Node:

1. Attach the outer rails to the rack.

Note: 

 Verify that you are installing the correct rail on each side of the rack. The 

rear of each rail is marked with “rear”. 

a. Extend the outer rail enough that it extends between the two vertical rails of the rack.
