Stacking Sections
Power Drill

NoTe:
for door section identification see page 4.
NoTe:
Make sure hinges are flipped down, when
stacking another section on top.
With assistance, lift second section and guide rollers
into the vertical tracks. keeping the ends of the
sections aligned, install remaining section(s), except
top section, in same manner.
Starting with the center most hinge, flip up the hinge
leaf, and hold it tight against section. Secure it to the
section using (2) 1/4”- 14 x 7/8” self drilling screws.
Repeat for all remaining center hinges.
Now, flip up the single end hinge leaf upward
and fasten the hinge to the above section with
(4) 1/4”-14 x 7/8” self tapping screws.
NoTe:
for Double end hinges, flip up both end hinge
leafs and secure the hinges to the above section with
(6) 1/4”-14 x 7/8” self tapping screws.
Repeat for the right hand end hinge(s).
Repeat for other sections except the top section.
NoTe:
Install lock at this time (sold separately). See
side lock instructions on page 25.
