5.2 Saving the settings
You can save the current instrument settings to a file in
the device memory or on an inserted USB stick (see
page 52). The filename extension is .
ups
.
Note
The filename must not contain any of the fol-
lowing characters: / \ : * ? „ < > |
– From the Command bar tap the
Save settings
icon
(see page 68). A dialog box opens.
– Tap in the field
Name
. A keyboard is displayed.
– Enter the name for the file.
– Tap on the keyboard symbol at the bottom right of the
keyboard to hide the keyboard again.
– Tap in the field
Location
and select the storage loca-
tion
USB
or
USM100
.
– Tap on a folder symbol to select the directory.
– Tap on
Save
to save the file in the selected location.
