After time DF07 the central phase concludes anyway
Once the central phase is finished, dripping phase starts and runs for time DF23. During drop off
the compressor remains switched OFF.
Once the drop off phase is finished, a counter starts. The aim of this counter is to evaluate the
time between a defrost cycle and the next one. Independently from evaporating temperature, the
next defrost cycle cannot start until the counter elapses (DF29).
