Web: menu “Tools”, section “Configuration File”.
Via web browser it is possible to save the actual configuration to a text file. Of course it is also
possible to load the saved configuration into a NetCom

.

This may be very useful when configuring several NetCom

of the same type. Configure one
device, and save the file. Change the configuration file for the necessary parameters, and upload
the modified version to the next model.

Telnet: “Tools”, option “Logging”.
The NetCom

has two options of Logging. There is the standard Syslog, and a second option of
logging via Telnet.
