CARRY OUT THE 15 HOUR SERVICE PROCEDURE AFTER EACH COMPETITION IF THE MOTORCYCLE
IS USED PRIMARILY FOR OFF-ROAD RIDING OR COMPETITIVE RACING
Check engine oil level
Change engine oil and filter
Clean magnetic engine oil drain plugs
Clean engine oil filter
Check oil circuit for leakage
Check valve clearance and adjust, if necessary
Change spark plug
Check and clean carburettor float bowl
Adjust carburation
Check integrity of engine breathers and fuel lines
Clean air cleaner
Check sprockets, chain wheel, chain guides, chain and chain rollers
Clean and lubricate chain
Check chain tension
Check coolant level
Check antifreeze conditions
Check cooling system for leakage
Check exhaust system
Change exhaust muffler acoustic insulation material
Check exhaust system mounts
Check brake fluid level (front and rear)
Change brake fluid
Check brake pad thickness
Check brake discs for wear and damage
Check brake lines for wear and position
Check play and movement of levers and pedals
Check clutch master cylinder oil level
Change clutch master cylinder oil
Check fork operation and setting
Check front fork for oil leakage
Change fork oil
Overhaul fork
Clean fork dust cover
Check steering head bearing play and adjust, if necessary
Clean and grease steering head bearings and dust cover
Check and adjust rear shock absorber
Overhaul rear shock absorber
Check rear mechanism
Check spoke tightness and wheel balancing
Check wheel bearing tolerance
Check tyre conditions and pressure
Check cable integrity and free sliding
Lubricate and adjust cables
Check electrical system
Check headlight aiming
Check threaded fasteners and clamps
