GENERAL CECK
Make it a habit to give your motorcycle a general check before and after riding. After riding, it is also important to clean and
lubricate the machine. Check the following items and attend to any defects. For more detailed instructions, see the section
entitled "Service and maintenance".

Spark plugs
Ignition
Air cleaner
Throttle control
Carburettor setting
Clutch
Chain
Brakes
Suspension
Wheel
Tyres
Radiator
Tightening

Make sure that acid has been added to the battery, and if not,fill it
accordingly (see Page 26).
Check that the battery is charged, and if not, charge it (see Page 26). -
Check the oil level in the tank and top up, if necessary.
We recommend using 98 (RON) unleaded fuel.
Make sure that the oil level is close to the “full” mark when the bike is
on the stand.
Check that cap, wire and sparking plug are intact.
Check that the engine is in good working order. If not, contact a VOR
specialized shop.
Clean or replace, if necessary.
Check the cable operation and adjustment.
Every 100 hours, replace gas valve, conical needle and needle nozzle.
Adjust the engine in case of failure.
Check the hydraulic liquid level. Drain if needed.
Adjust tension, lubricate and replace it if the maximum extension has
been reached.
Check the pad wear and the hydraulic liquid level.
Check the suspension behavior during damping. The damping degree
can be managed through the adjusting screws.
Check the spoke tension.
Check pressure and wear.
Check the coolant level. Top up and drain, if necessary.
Check screws and nuts of engine mountings, frame components,
steering head, etc…
Check the operation of front and rear headlights, turn signals, warning
lights and horn.
