Replace when the restriction warning light starts glowing on the panel
Replace Secondary Element
At every 5th replacement of the primary element or anually (depending on what occurs first)

Air Filter – Check the restriction indicator and null,
if necessary
FEED SYSTEM
Fuel Tank
Drain and clean with a diesel oil
Fuel-supply tubes, connections and screws – check and re-tighten
Secondary Fuel Filter
Replace the element

Drain the water
At every 2 refuelling and necessarily when the indicator lamp starts glowing on the panel.
Replace the element
ENERGY SUPPLY
Battery
Re-tighten the terminals
Check level of the electrolytic solution in the reservoirs
Every 6 months or 50 000 km (depending on what occurs first)
Check the collectors and alternator brush
