TECHNICAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
Technical Delivery Instructions
The TECHNICAL DELIVERY is primarily intended for giving to the Volare owner the
following orientations and for checking the items indicated in the check list.

General Basic Orientations
1.1 Warranty Term (warranty term, validity period, scope,
conditions for full warranty, warranty limitations, warranty termination and
generalities);
1.2 Periodical Inspections (intervals, benefits, impor tance and
consequences of non-execution – free-of-charge inspections or not);
1.3 Preventive Periodic Maintenance Chart (engine, cooling, intake
and feed system, starting, energy supply, gearbox, traction, brake system,
suspension, steering system, front axle, clutch coupling, tyres);
1.4 Lubricating and Re-tightening Chart;
1.5 The Veicle’s Performance;
1.6 Safety precautions concerning lead seals (for example,
tachograph, gearbox, high-pressure pump);

.7 Passenger and Load Capacity Limit;
1.8 The Owner’s Manual Usage;
1.9 Safety precautions concerning electronic module, sensors and
actuators;
2. Orientations on the Preventive Periodical Maintenance Chart
2.1 Engine (safety precautions and maintenance intervals when
operating the engine and its peripheral units: crankcase, oil filter,
compressed air pump, belts, high-pressure pump, electric injectors,
etc.);
2.2 Cooling System (compensating reservoir and sensor);
2.3 Intake System (air filter – primary and secondary element);
2.4 Feed System (fuel tank, primary and secondary filters);
2.5 Starting (starting motor);
2.6 Energy Supply (battery);
2.7 Gearbox (gearbox, oil and filters replacement);
