To specify custom report fields
1. Either press the
Save Report
button or access the Tray menu and then press
Save Report . The Save Report menu appears.
2. Do one of the following:
• To select and specify values for custom customer fields, select
Add
Customer Report Fields . The Customer Information menu appears.
• To select and specify values for custom technician fields, select Add
Technician Report Fields . The Technician Information menu appears.
3. Do the following for up to five custom customer fields, and up to five custom
technician fields:
• Press the circle to the left of the field to select the field that you want to
include in your report.
• The field is selected an displayed on the Customer Information menu with
a check mark (indicating that it has been selected for the report).
• Select the field to display a data entry screen.
• Enter a value for the field, then press
OK .
• The value that you specified appears directly under the field name on the
Customer Information menu.
You have specified the custom report fields.

In addition to or instead of a report, you can capture an image of the current

1. Access the Tray menu and then press Screen Shot .
2. Enter a name for the screen shot. The PNG file is saved to the internal file
manager.
To capture the tray menu or a popup menu
If you wish to capture the tray menu itself, or if you wish to capture a popup menu,
press and hold the Tray button for 5 seconds.
